Initial Payment

  • An initial payment of a non-refundable scheduling fee is required for all Aderinsola Visions Photography session bookings. Upon placement of the initial payment, Aderinsola Visions Photography will reserve a session slot at the selected date and time and will not make another appointment reservation for that specific time frame. For this reason, all initial payments are non-refundable even if the scheduled session is changed or becomes canceled for any reason. 



  • Aderinsola Visions Photography handles all business communication through our website and email only. Please contact us at for all inquiries and concerns. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Phone calls will be accepted on a case by case basis. 


Package Add Ons

  • High End Skin Retouch (per photo) -  $25

  • 1 Additional Outfit - $30

  • 1 Additional Location - $40

  • 30 Additional Minutes - $50

  • 1 Additional Standard Edited Photo - $15

Unless stated otherwise, package add ons can not be accommodated for specials.

Turn Around Time

  • For small sessions, please allow up to 3 business days from the date of your session to receive your proofs. Allow up to 15 business days after you’ve selected your proofs for editing/retouching and an additional 15 business days for your prints to be processed/ready for shipment. Weddings and engagements are considered large orders, and need up to 30 business days separately for each stage: receiving proofs (engagement sessions only), editing/retouching, and prints being processed/ready for shipment. Times may vary based upon the season and other factors.

  • If you would like your photos faster, you may pay an additional fee for expedited post-processing. At this time, only small sessions are eligible for expedited post-processing.

    • Expedited Digital Photo Delivery (1 business day): $150

    • Expedited Digital Photo Delivery (3 business days): $100

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. 


No Shows, Cancellations, and Reschedules

  • No Show For Appointment

    • Clients that do not show for their appointments will lose their initial payment. Such clients will need to place a new initial payment and create a new appointment if they would like to shoot with Aderinsola Visions Photography in the future. If a client is deemed a no show twice, they will not be allowed to book with Aderinsola Visions Photography in the future.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling of Appointment

    • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled session without penalty. Any and all payments made up to that point will be held as a credit and then transferred to a new appointment. Clients must make a new appointment within 45 days or their credit will be voided and not be refunded. 

    • Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment without sufficient notice will be subject to a $25 fee. If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment more than twice, Aderinsola Visions Photography reserves the right to cancel the appointment entirely and the initial payment placed will not be refunded.


Late Arrival

  • All clients are given a 10 minute grace period if they are late for their appointment. Clients that arrive after the grace period will be subject to a $25 late fee. Late clients will only have the time remaining in their appointment to complete their photography session.

  • Aderinsola Visions Photography reserves the right to accept or decline shooting past the agreed appointment end time. The client agrees to pay a separate charge for any time spent photographing over the discussed photo shoot period at a rate of $150 per hour. No proofs/photos will be released to the Client and no rights are granted until timely payment is made in full.



  • Aderinsola Visions Photography operates in Ellicott City, MD. Wherever Aderinsola Visions Photography is based at the time of inquiry/intended shoot date will serve as the basis for travel expense quotes. 

  • Locations within 15 miles of the Photographer’s residence are free. Any other location outside 15 miles of the Photographer’s residence is subject to a separate charge of $0.57 per mile round trip. Cost of location permits for a photography session and the choosing of a location is the responsibility of the Client. Unless otherwise stated, all photography sessions come with ONE location in the current city of residence of the Photographer. Add-on locations are an additional cost.  

  • Clients that wish to shoot with Aderinsola Visions Photography 2 hours or more of the Photographer’s residence will need to cover all travel and hotel expenses.

  • There is a $100 equipment transportation fee for clients that require the Photographer to bring backdrops, backdrop stands, etc. to any location of the client's choosing.


  • Clients interested in shooting in a photography studio are responsible for the booking and all costs associated with the renting of a photography studio. If available, the Photographer may provide a photography studio booking at a flat rate of $40/hour. Please email for availability.  

Gift Certificates

  • All Aderinsola Visions Photography gift certificates are subject to terms and conditions. A gift certificate that does not cover an entire service amount may only be applied to the remaining balance. In this case, an initial payment of a non-refundable scheduling fee is required to book the service.
