Due to the nature of the work, all graphic design orders are non-refundable. All orders include up to 3 complimentary revisions.

Turn Around Time: 10 business days - Monday through Friday (excludes weekends and holidays)

Clients must email all graphic design order information (brand name, brand contact information, brand colors, logos, images, etc.) to avagencyclients@gmail.com no later than 24 hours after placing an order.

Any items not emailed will not be included in the final design.
