Business Post Card (Digital Design)

Submit Brand Information

• After making your purchase, please send an email to avagencyclients@gmail.com with subject line (YOUR FULL NAME) YOUR ORDER # and detail your brand information as well as attach in the email your brand image(s) to be included in your graphic design.
• You must email your applicable order images within 24 hours of your purchase or your order will be deferred (later than standard delivery time) or canceled and refunded at our discretion.
• Please submit high quality images to be included. Pixelated and/or low quality images will not be used for the graphic design.

Revision Requests

• All orders include up to 3 complimentary revisions. All revision requests require an additional 3-5 business days per additional request. Any additional revision requests outside of what is complimentary will incur a fee of $25 per revision which must be paid before additional graphic design services will take place.

Purchase PSD File Requests

• Clients may purchase the PSD file for their graphic design for an additional fee of $50.
• Send an email to avagencyclients@gmail.com with your request so that an invoice can be prepared for you.
• Requests will not be fulfilled until the invoice is paid in full.

Copyright Information

In the event that any copyrighted work(s) are created as a result of the services provided by Aderinsola Visions Photography in accordance with this order, Aderinsola Visions Photography owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this order, are expressly and solely owned by Aderinsola Visions Photography and may be used in the reasonable course of Aderinsola Visions Photography’s business.

 

Aderinsola Visions Photography reserves all rights and licenses to exclusive use, reproduction, distribution, and display of all the graphic designs from an order for all uses.

Exclusivity Information

Clients can pay for exclusivity in which the Client holds exclusive rights for a set period of time to display and use graphic design. Throughout this period of time, Aderinsola Visions Photography will not display or distribute the graphic design including, but not limited to, inclusion in online portfolio, posting on social media, inclusion in promotional materials, and inclusion in business uses. Interested clients must send an email to avagencyclients@gmail.com and pay the applicable invoice before exclusivity period begins.

Graphic Design Reordering & Time Frame

• To keep organized and conserve space, the Client’s graphic design deliverables will be deleted and unavailable 120 days after their graphic design deliverables have been sent. 
• By making a purchase, the Client waives any and all claims against Aderinsola Visions Photography for the unavailability of such graphic designs, even if the Client must replace them at their own cost.
